My Mom lived at Atria Rancho Mirage for 3 ½ years, the first year in Assisted Living followed by 2 ½ years in Memory Care. I definitely recommend this place. They send out monthly newsletters detailing updates and activities. They have a mobile app where you can stay updated on the activities, meals, and other items. They send out twice yearly satisfaction surveys, which I have completed. The facility is clean, bright, and welcoming. There are lots of activities. The food is very good with lots of choices. The staff interacts well with the residents. When my Mom had to move to memory care, the staff took care of everything for the move. They explained the move to her, moved her, moved her stuff, hooked up the TV/cable/phone, and hung her pictures on her walls. Memory care at Atria was just what Mom needed. Her time there was notable for some of the exceptional caregivers and med techs she had. The memory care director changed during her time there, but it was a smooth transition, and both of the directors were excellent. The staff in memory care keeps a close eye on the residents, engaging them in the common areas, and checking on them when they are in their rooms. My Mom was in Hospice for her final 9 months, and they worked very well as a team; Hospice said good things about Atria, and Atria said good things about Hospice. When my Mom passed, they were very supportive in working with us to clean out her apartment and take care of her things.

My mother and I recently toured Atria Senior Living in Rancho Mirage, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. Chris, who guided us through the tour, was absolutely amazing. My mother, who is very independent and initially skeptical about senior living, was won over by Chris's kindness, professionalism, and the warm atmosphere of the community.

The entire staff we encountered was friendly, smiling, and welcoming, which really put my mother at ease. We even had the chance to participate in one of their daily activities—a Wednesday "happy hour"—and my mother truly enjoyed it. The experience was so positive that she's no longer on the fence about making this important decision.

I highly recommend Atria Senior Living in Rancho Mirage to anyone considering senior living options. The care and attention they provide are top-notch!

Tito is the best! He knows ALL the residents and their needs. We see how he is with the residents and feel lucky and comfortable to have our mom here.
Gali is one of the nurses. One day she knew something was not right with our mom. We took mom to her DR and everything seemed fine. Gali knew something wasn't , mom ended up at the hospital and had pneumonia!
We will always appreciate her. Tito and Gali are the Heart of Atria!!

Chris is the Face of Atria. The first person you will meet and Atria is also very lucky to have him. He is extra caring and went the extra for us the day we signed up mom. Everything that Chris said in describing the place and the people and the staff is true.

The front receptionists have all been so nice and helpful to us too!!

As we were touring the facility I asked a few residents how they liked it there while watching how the staff interacted with each other. They were all so nice and welcoming of our mom it made the whole transition easier.

I was a former employee at Atria and I would NOT recommend working here nor bringing a relative to live here. Directors are very unprofessional! I was harassed by a director and I made reports to the ED and NOTHING ever happened. On top of that medications were not administered correctly. When you go in for a “walk thru” they tell you everything you want to hear, but once you sign that contract it’s the complete opposite. The directors only go for a paycheck and are only gossip. In memory care it’s worst! Workers are constantly on their phones and just ignoring the residents. So sad! Tried making reports because I have pictures and pictures of residents medications in the trash. I have multiple residents still calling me till this day asking if I’m ever coming back. Sad to say but ATRIA RANCHO MIRAGE failed them!!!

My Uncle was in need of a place with people who were caring, kind and want nothing but the best for him and those around him. He found it at Atria Rancho Mirage! Executive Director Monique and her team are the best in the area! He could and can not say enough about them. From the nurse to the driver and all of the staff, he said everyone was so kind and focused on him and the other residents happiness. Our family cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for him. Truly the best!

I've lived here for three and a half years and I love the atmosphere at atria rancho mirage it's like a big family. Jenifer and Jillian are always helpful with my medication. Sandra is always so helpful and in a great mood. Benny maintenance director can fix anything and he's always happy to help. Monique the executive director has great leadership skills and is great at holding this place together.

Living at Atria for the past year and a half has been a great experience. The management team and staff is kind, warm and always available to help in any way. The residents are friendly and we find common interests. We have planned activities, including outings. There is something here for everyone.
