I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Troy Cashatt on my recent visit to Coachella Valley Care. Had a great visit, nothing but positive talks and solutions were spoke. The office staff is friendly and welcoming too! Thanks again Dr. Cashatt, Troy, for making an uncomfortable trip to the doctor a pleasant experience!

I've been going to Dr.Snyder since I moved back to California 3 years ago. I will change doctors as many times as needed until I feel he's the right fit for myself and my family. Many doctors are in and out and dont give you the time, in to the next room. Dr.Snyder in the other hand is a GREAT DOCTOR. Dr.Snyder is very knowledgeable, patient and caring. I've seen other doctors at this office that are just OK but I can honestly say I'm very happy with the care he has given us as our family physician. 5 stars for him.

Dr.snyder is still one of the most amazing doctor ever! The staff is getting worse and worse. Not very professional, not knowledgeable or friendly.

Became a new patient a few months ago. I have not gotten any of my meds refilled in that time (one being asthma) and i cannot find any contact information specifically for who is supposedly my primary care doctor i had to use a teledoc service to get a new inhaler as the air us so bad recsntly i wake up choking and coughing most days.

I call the facility to ask about the doctor and i am on hold for five minutes and then they hang up on me.

I called today minutes ago, to make an appointment since im pregnant. Gave my info as requested, was left on hold for 37min then they just hang up...not to mention she sounded un pleasant as she prefer to be somewhere else then from desk ..how sad is that ? to have that experience as a regular patient or a job you are not enjoying.
Service was adequate when Christopher was in the clinic, things would go much professional.
I think I'll be switching providers soon.

I would give them zero Stars if I could. I originally started going there to see Dr Kondovski who unfortunately left the practice. I was then assigned to Snyder with whom I have never met. Instead some dude who looked homeless and strung out was in my room. This person's name is Sloan, avoid this person at all costs. I have Ehlers and already knew I had torn my rotator cuff about 6 years ago. And just recently re-tore my shoulder again. I had an appointment with Sloan to get a referral to see an orthopedic specialist, but instead he says I need to have x-rays and lab work done. I wait 3 weeks almost 4 weeks before I call the doctor to find out what the status of the referral is to find out that he never even submitted the referral in the first place. And I found this out from the scheduling department that is from the corporate office not the office in la Quinta. You cannot directly call the office in la Quinta, isn't that so convenient for them? After not hearing back from the scheduling department, I called them today to find out that apparently I needed to have a follow-up appointment regarding my x-rays and lab work, this was never communicated to me because I am a person who actually listens and follows to directions and actually knows how to do my job properly, this cannot be said for this establishment. As of right now I am waiting for my appointment tomorrow in order to get my referral which I may or may not get because they are stupid. I already have an appointment with my insurance company to file a complaint against this practice. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The people who practice medicine here do not care about you they care about the money that they can make off of you.

I have been waiting 3 weeks to get my prescriptions called into my pharmacy. Thank goodness the prescription is not one of my MUST have prescriptions or I would have been dead by now. This place has no oversight and the medical assistants have no one watching over them, so they just tell patients what they want to hear to get rid of you. It is ridiculous that I have made 4 phone calls plus my pharmacy has sent requests and CVC just responds with crickets. It is unfortunate because I do like some of the female doctors I have interacted with.

This has been the worse experience I have had with a medical office. I have tried to get a medical referral for the past two months. I have called almost weekly. They have been zero help and incredibly difficult to get a hold of them. They really could careless for their patients.
