I will never again use this dentistry again. Horrible customer service, just awful. I will ensure I share that with everyone I know.

They canceled my appointment because the doctor had to cancel then rescheduled over three weeks later. This is after waiting several weeks for that appointment.

I ended up canceling that appointment because I had 103 degrees fever. I used the online to cancel my afternoon appointment. By afternoon no one replied so I called to ensure they knew. The woman on the line assured me someone would call to reschedule. No one ever called, so one week after I missed due to illness, I call them and they tell me it’s another three weeks. I ask why no one called me as i was told they would. She literally said it wasn’t their fault. Their own company and/or service and it wasn’t their fault? The staff member continued to make excuses and was very rude.

In addition, every time I go they give me the cost in advance, knowing what my insurance is, yet I end up always paying more.

I miss my old school dentist. She retired.

Run. Don't walk, run. This office seemed ok at first, but after putting 2 kids through braces, I can not recommend this office. The staff is a NIGHTMARE! This is now a SMILE dental center.
It wasn't always, but it is now, and it's horrible. They don't send bills in the mail, bills aren't posted in mychart, they overcharge you, and then, they will turn you over to collections. You can't get anyone on the phone ever, and no one returns messages. I had to physically take all of my EOBs into the office multiple times and finally talked to the district manager. My account still isn't correct in their system. I will never go back

I discovered this dental office about a year ago when I was in excruciating pain from a cap that had fallen off. After calling around to find someone who could see me immediately, this was the only office that was able to fit me in. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Diana Le and Dr. Hannah Dickinson. They are the most caring and compassionate dentists I’ve ever met. The staff is incredibly kind, greeting me by name the moment I walk in. I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences with dentists in the past, but this place has completely changed my perspective. I absolutely love it here!

The dentist and office staff were amazing. But don't expect that your appointment time means anything if you're scheduled with the specialist (endodontist?). I booked my appointment a month in advance because it is extremely difficult for me to get time off of work. I waited the month, and a few days before my appointment, I got a call that they needed to move my appointment time by several hours. The specialist had gaps in the schedule, and the staff was told to condense it and to move afternoon appointments earlier. I told them that I specifically requested an afternoon appointment because I wasn't available in the morning. It didn't matter. I was told that I could either come in the morning or my appointment would be cancelled.

What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they're not going to actually hold that time It is unreasonable to expect a patient to change their time by several hours with such little notice. It is also unprofessional to ask patients to rearrange their appointments, scheduled weeks in advance, for the specialist's convenience.

If it were the regular dentist who wanted to change my time for his convenience, I would have cancelled and found another office where they place a higher priority on patient care. Since it was just a one-time appointment with the specialist, I kept the appointment, but the experience was very disappointing.

After my original dental office permanently closed (during Covid 2020), I avidly avoided trying to find a new one. Lately I had been having some issues with several of my teeth (needed 3 root canals) and decided on Clear Lake Modern Dentistry. This was absolutely the best decision I’ve made related to my dental health. They were able to completely work around my irregular work schedule, and fix my issues quickly and efficiently. I have had work done by Dr. Dennis, Dr. Dickson, and Lorenza (hygienist/assistant) so far and have no complaints with any of them. Jourdan and Toni were a huge help with regards to insurance and financing options. All of the office staff are attentive and understanding. I will definitely be back, and I strongly recommend them to anyone seeking dental work.

Went in today for my 15 month old daughter’s first dentist appointment. The lady at the front was so nice checking us in. Amanda was so kind and informed us everything that would happen during our appointment. Dr. Delgado is very knowledgeable and straight to the point yet kind. I am so glad I brought my daughter to CLMD! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing your children to clear lake modern dentistry!!

I have been going to this dentistry for at 5 years now. Professional and very friendly. Very comfortable with all staff. I never had a problem with scheduling and I have received ortho work that required tooth extractions with minimal issues. My teeth are great.

This place is ridiculous and unprofessional!!!
Drove 30 min to the office to find out my appointment had been reschedule without my consent. I was told by front desk phone calls and messages were made and that's not true, I don't have any missed calls nor messages. I will definitely look for a different office who can communicate properly and values my time. This place is a joke and dishonest.
