Here's my review... Dr. Ringrose was a nice doctor. Sadly he's retired & is no longer in practice. Go to Clearlake Dental. Dr. Kinsel is amazing! So fast & kind and accommodating with my disabilities.

Marginally okay dentist, rude unprofessional staff. Started out ok, but the quality of service has drastically deteriorated over the last year or so. I do not know why. Had to have another dentist correct Dr. Ringrose's mistakes which was really unpleasant and shouldn't have been necessary!

Teeny tiny little waiting room! Better hope no one is sick because they'll be right in your face!
The billing department is questionable at best, dishonest at worst, often failing to bill until months, sometimes even years later- very inconvenient if you aren't rich to just suddenly owe hundreds!

Bottom line: if you want to be treated like dirt in a cramped little office, then this is the dentist for you!
If you want to be treated with respect by pleasant professional staff then stay away from Lakeshore Dental! Truly an awful place! (Check Yelp too, I'm not the only one.)

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Office staff worked and still works HARD to help me with my father's multiple insurance plans, always helpful making appts that fit in my busy work schedule, and Dr. Ringrose and back office staff rocks too! VERY knowledgeable and make you comfortable as possible even if your procedure itself isn't so much. THANK YOU LAKESHORE DENTAL FOR ALL YOU DO!!
