Great , because I could walk in now which I needed . In order to see my doctor
( Kim ) I would have had to wait till January 30 , 2025 . The other doctor I was told only saw her regular patients . My appointment was made for nearly 5 weeks away . I guess you need to make appointments way in advance before you may really need one . TTHIS IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS ...?

The doctor was amazing and very helpful. I was disappointed when I got to the clinic in pain at 1140, and they turned me away and said to come back after 1pm. There were no other patients in the clinic.

Wasn’t too pleased. I got the proper diagnosis of strep, but the prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. I had to call an on call doctor to write an and send a prescription so I wouldn’t have to go the weekend without medication.

Friendly efficient front end staff. Cna was very nice. Nurse practioner Heather is very kind, efficient. Overall very pleasant experience. Rapid care is A needed service in our community which i will use again.

This was for a visit to the Rapid Care in Lakeport. So very grateful that we now have someplace other than the hospital ER to go in Lakeport! Everyone was very nice, friendly and welcoming. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I am used to getting an after visit summary and I basically was just dismissed when I was done and had nothing to refer to, and didn’t even have the name of what the doctor said was wrong. When seeing the doctor I don’t always remember everything and it would have nice to refer back to what was discussed. I will definitely go there again.

Dr. Villongco is very professional, friendly, caring, patient, and an excellent primary care doctor. We are very lucky he recently joined Adventist Health in Lakeport.
