I am leaving this review to writing to express my frustration with the handling of my husband’s updated estimate. I have requested multiple times for an updated copy, reflecting the insurance adjustments, yet I have not received one with the correct numbers. Despite numerous calls to your office to relay my insurance company’s request for you to contact them, I was assured this would be done. However, when we arrived on the day of the appointment, the estimate was still the outdated one.
My husband was very excited to proceed with his dental work here, but experiences like this leave us questioning whether to return. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly, as clear and accurate communication is essential to a positive patient experience.

Was looking forward to seeking treatment. I needed my two of my teeth extracted. At first they told me it was going to be one price. They required a deposit. I told them I'd have it later that day. So I call to give them the deposit. They then tell me that it's going to be more money. They said they were going to let me know these added cost after I put down the money down. That is ridiculous.They should've been upfront since the beginning. Luckily I never gave them no deposit.

They always make the best service everytime I visit. Nice stuff and clean office too. Their tools are hi-tech also so less sensitive to my teeth.

At the end of the day. This is a business but they truly made me feel like more than a number. Dr. LEE took the time to explain to me how to properly clean and take care of teeth. With the latest technology I got to do a bacterial mouth swap and 3D x ray at no extra charge. I could tell this dentist office is doing things right in the terms of being there 100% for us patients. Extremely pleased with first time patient dental care. Dr Lee tackled my rotted molar problem immediately. Molar got extracted infection got removed. I've felt so much relief last 2 days no pain around gum from infection & broken molar no swelling. Dr. Lee is patient kind & highly skilled in her field of dentistry. I highly recommend her. It had been many years of discomfort my next visit is to clean & take care of any neglected gum or other teeth issues. Also must acknowledge her skilled dental assistant. Thank you ?
