We booked a couples massage and when we got there we were told a lady came in late so they could take one of us first. We ended up in separate rooms with our massages starting 50 minutes apart (so I had to wait 50 minutes to go inside and my girlfriend had to wait 50 minutes for my massage to end to leave) and that was not communicated to us at all upfront, otherwise we would've rebooked.

Neither of our massages lasted the full hour and they didn't listen when we asked for deeper pressure. It was not a relaxing environment at all with people talking loudly and doors slamming. All of the staff were very nice but we were overall underwhelmed and will not be returning.

I recommend making an appointment. They have very nice,relaxing clean rooms. The staff are all excellent at medium and deep tissue, which is what we choose. Prices are exceptional, and they also offer acupuncture. But you need to book in advance to make sure that specialist is in. They offer weekly appointments if you wish to be a regular. I recommend this place.

I was there on thursday, September 28, 2023. I had one of the best massages in a long time. Sheri (I think was here name) used get care and attention to detail with my mid-back and elbows which I had indicated to her was my areas that hurt. Overall technique's were amazing

I never write reviews, but I just had a bad experience.
Very unprofessional to say the least. I call make an appointment and show up for my massage, started off well she was good! But 15 minutes in to my appointment someone else walks in the door and Mr. must have been very important because the front desk lady knocks on the door I’m In and comes in, they have a conversation then my masseuse asked me how much time I had? I was confused as I booked a 1 hour massage. She then tells me to try the acupuncture for free while she goes to tend to Mr. I have never tried it so sure I have time why not. They do acupuncture in one spot on my lower back and right leg and leave me in the room for 25 minutes! My original masseuse never comes back, the lady from the front does and does a really really poor massage for about ten minutes and then says ok you’re done, and then proceeds to charge me full price anyways. Like I said I never wrote reviews but that was terrible!

My husband and I started here for massages which were amazing as well.

Cannot say enough about her and the staff very laid back but very professional and accommodating. Never leave unhappy ?

My husband is a disabled veteran. It took us a long time to get in with acupuncture. Thank goodness they sent us here. They are amazing and take their time treating him. They care so much about their patients and were genuinely concerned about how much pain my husband is in. The va only pays for so much but when they stop I will be sure to try to keep this treatment for his quality of life. Thank you acupuncture pain clinic!

The massage was not good. She only used her elbow but not her fingers to massage. Also They requested me to pay the tip with minimum hourly rate in CA for them.means I have to pau 33.5usd for two hours massage. I also pay the credit fee too!

I have had chronic back, neck, and hip pain for over 5 years. Dr. Li is the only one that has given me any kind of relief. She is so kind and really does what is best for her patients. I now can workout without needing 2 days of recovery. I can carry my backpack around and not need to lay on my heating pad for the whole night. Dr. Li has really changed my life, I highly recommend her clinic.
