Dr Vainer has been our dentist for almost 40 yrs. His gentle touch and unique way of numbing your mouth is literally painless. Both of my kids grew up with his wonderful staff and his excellent bedside manner. It’s truly is a family practice ❤️

Been seeing Dr. Vainer and his staff for years. The energy in the office is always light and positive. His staff has been with him a long time and always friendly and do good work. I've never had any complaints. Dr. Vainer is very knowledgeable and has fixed many issues with my teeth and I'm a happy customer.

I have been seeing Dr. Vainer for years. He and all his staff are very friendly and helpful. I get cleanings every 6 months from Cheri, & she always does a great job. I just got a filling, and Dr. Vainer & his assistant got it done quickly & painlessly. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

If you're looking for a dentist don't go to this place we just got off the phone with the rudest person ever. A co worker at my daughter's job recommended this place cuz she has a cracked tooth and has been in a lot of pain.They got 5 stars and I don't know how. She called on Thursday Aug 1, 2024 for appt today Monday Aug 5, 2024 and Amanda she talked to was nice and friendly and didn't have an attitude like the manager had. My daughter called and the manager Sara answered cuz Amanda was on lunch she called to cancel appt for today and reschedule the appt for a different day cuz they were squeezing her in between 2 other peoples appt and she wants the dentist to not have to hurry through her appt and the manager says when you cancel your appt so close to your appt they won't reschedule again. She told her your closed on Friday Saturday and Sunday and manager said we have answering machine so she could cancel and my daughter said I didnt know I figured you were closed 3 days.
Also they weren't going to fix her tooth today it's only for X-ray and exam today and she has to come back another day to fix her tooth. The dentist is going on vacation in 2 days on wednesday and not coming back until Aug 19 so no appts until the 20 and she has to wait until then to get it fixed. Amanda didn't tell her that the appt was only X-ray and exam today and have to come back to get it fixed. If it needs to be pulled or root canal she has to be sent someplace else to get it fixed. Their office isn't open very much and they close too early on some days. The manager Sara was angry and rude as soon as she got on phone so we are glad we found out now before we wasted our time. If you go here beware of hateful manager Sara who has a bad attitude.
