Went in for focused exam on two teeth for possible root canal/crowning(previous diagnosis by two dentist).
Dr. Shah was in to take care of me and her work was light and gentle. To her opinion I didn’t need a RC and it’s been six months and her work is holding up nicely. I’ve been back for cleanings and other things and Dulce, Sharon, Henry, Alex and Niaz are always a pleasure to work with!

Went in due to complaint of pain near my tooth and gum. They took me in and told me I need to do a root canal. I decided to get a second opinion and the other dentist actually tested me putting something cold and noticing I have a normal response and my nerve is not damaged and he took proper x-rays stating that it looks like a mouth ulcer/canker sore.

BUYER BEWARE! Always get a second or third opinion

I was pressured into getting 6 fillings that I didn't need during my visit. About 6 months ago, I visited another office that I trust which is my regular office. They always tell me that I don't need any fillings and that my teeth are perfectly fine. However, the doctor convinced me that i needed all 6 fillings done despite my hesitancy. She "reassured" me by saying that all the fillings are on teeth that already have fillings, so there's no harm and she might as well do them which is a MAJOR red flag and I should've left right there and then but she kept me on the chair by quickly numbing me before I could say anything. I saw my other dentist who doesn't take my current insurance and he fixed the terrible job done by Dr. Chung and her team FOR FREE. Dr. Chung would never do anything for free. My other dentist confirmed that I didn't need any of those fillings done. Furthermore, the assistant was constantly shoving the air water suction/HVE down my throat and triggering my gag reflex to the point where I couldn't breathe, and would get mad at me for coughing and choking. At some point, water went up my nasal passage due to his extremely poor skills. Furthermore, my fillings were done extremely poorly to the point where I am getting headaches and can't eat properly. Overall, I felt exploited during this experience and will not be returning EVER AGAIN. All they care about is money, and I would rather never see a dentist again if 7 day dental was my only option. If I could give zero stars I would.

I've had heard so many good things about this place and specially doctor Shah. So I made an appointment , to my surprise when I get there after dealing with the horrible morning traffic, I'm told that they couldn't get a hold of my insurance, so I left.
The lease they could do was to let me know so I wouldn't have to drive for more an hour round trip.
So as good as the doctors are, the front office is very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Horrific and fraudulent experience 8 hours in a chair and and they intentionally mess up your teeth do get coverage from insurance they put fillings they ALL came out they filed a tooth that did not need anything and they ended up saying I need a root canal when I did not have issues ,went back they anesthetized me Dentist comes in has no idea which tooth they are working on ! I’ve had easily more than 5 visits to fix their errors every time they just get worse and have no idea what they are doing they mess up your teeth on purpose to get insurance to approval please beware of this fraudulent place !

THESE PEOPLE ARE DISCRIMINATING!!! The staff here is very rude and the doctor too. The doctor is very pushy and she was soooooo rude to my mother and my son when the came, she is very cheap and when my son had an extraction of 4 baby teeth, she did not make his gums numb at all. After this, my son’s teeth were hurting so much for the next couple of weeks. We we contacted them about it, they just ignored us and in fact removed us from our system and charged our insurance.

7 Day Dental is the best! I used to come here when I lived in the area and when I recently moved back I always had a good experience so I decided to use them again even though this time they aren’t my closest dentist to me, but I am SO glad I chose them again! The service is really the best!! The dentist is always super friendly and does such a great job (I am sooo happy with how my teeth are looking now). Manny the dental assistant is always super helpful and making sure I am comfortable/ everything is running smoothly, you can tell he does actually care which is so important! Also Laura always making sure to explain everything throughly and is always so helpful and sweet! I couldn’t recommend 7 day dental enough! ❤️

First time at this office. Had a great experience walking in. Front desk people are the representative for the business and I they represented the office well. The person taking my x-rays was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Alberto was nice and gentle. Leo, the hygienist, was great too. You could tell that he takes his job seriously and cares about the wellbeing of his patients. I highly recommend this office.
